Job Requirements
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, and stoop
- capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and placing items on high shelves, coolers, or freezers
- willingness to work in damp, high temperature environments indoors and minimally outdoors
- must complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program in compliance with company and state statutes
- must complete and pass food safety certification program
- ability to speak, read and write English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to complete Florida Responsible Vendor program
- completion of food safety certification
- basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
Job Duties
- Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
- clean and set up tables for new guests in a timely manner
- assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware
- remove all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors
- maintain restroom cleanliness as well as outside parking, patio, and waiting areas
- ensure that all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary
- perform shift changes, opening, closing duties, and assigned sidework
