Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand and carry items for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical equipment usage
- Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred
Job Duties
- Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary
- Set tables with silverware and glassware, restock server stations
- Clean tabletops and chairs
- Make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available
- Supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts
- Perform other related duties as assigned
