- Up-to-date cosmetology license
- minimum 2 years experience in staff management, recruitment, and training

Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and vibe in the salon
- manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- create and monitor sales goals and targets
- motivate and manage the salon team to exceed performance goals

- collaborate with marketing team on initiatives
