Job Requirements
- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the State of Kentucky
- The ability to work weekends and be flexible with your schedule
- Must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar
- Must be able to work holiday season and black-out dates
- A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
- Be proficient in makeup application and/or willing to learn makeup application techniques
- Salon experience an asset but not required

Job Duties
- Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
- Participation in routine up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists
- Opportunity to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup
- Potential to be promoted to senior stylist or management roles
- Deliver excellent customer service and make clients feel valued
- Use and promote professional hair care products in service delivery
- Maintain scheduling flexibility to meet peak and holiday business demands
