Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met and exceeded
- communicate with management about issues within guest rooms or public areas, identify patterns, and assist in the training process of Room Attendants
- support Room Attendants by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and tools to perform their job effectively
- coordinate closely with the Front Desk regarding room status and guest requests to ensure guest satisfaction
- step into the role of Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Houseman, or other roles as business needs require
- serve as a leader and role model for all associates, promoting a professional and service-oriented work environment
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
