Job Duties
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met and exceeded
- communicate with management about issues within guest rooms or public areas
- identify patterns and assist in the training process of Room Attendants
- support Room Attendants by ensuring they have necessary supplies and tools
- coordinate closely with Front Desk regarding room status and guest requests
- step into roles of Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Houseman, or other roles as business needs require
- serve as a leader and role model for associates by promoting a professional and service-oriented work environment
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
