Job Duties

  • Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met and exceeded
  • communicate with management about issues within guest rooms or public areas
  • identify patterns and assist in the training process of Room Attendants
  • support Room Attendants by ensuring they have necessary supplies and tools
  • coordinate closely with Front Desk regarding room status and guest requests
  • step into roles of Room Attendant, Laundry Attendant, Houseman, or other roles as business needs require
  • serve as a leader and role model for associates by promoting a professional and service-oriented work environment
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
