Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare, process, and pack various meat products such as pork, beef, and chicken items
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all meat products according to food safety guidelines
- Package and label meat products according to company guidelines including merchandising
- Check quality, maintain clean and stocked shelves, rotate and remove out-of-date products
- Clean, filet, and prepare various seafood products
- Greet customers professionally and assist with inquiries
- Package seafood according to portion sizes and weight requirements
- Create appealing seafood displays
- Unload, sort, and organize grocery items in designated storage areas
- Monitor expiration dates and label items accurately
- Implement first-in, first-out inventory system
- Maintain promotional signage for grocery items
- Scan and track inventory using aisle gun
- Merchandise produce items fresh and appealingly
- Handle and store root vegetables properly
- Expand knowledge of produce handling techniques
- Manage displays of UPC products like tofu, salad, and nuts
- Plan and execute seasonal display changes
- Prepare ready-to-cook meals following standardized recipes
- Monitor and rotate food to ensure freshness
- Clean and sanitize food prep areas regularly
- Assist customers with questions
- Monitor parking lot and return grocery carts
- Help customers load groceries and bag items
- Maintain clean store areas including restrooms and break rooms
- Place caution signs and manage hazards
- Maintain houseware inventory and assist orders
- Resolve customer complaints and provide product information
- Operate cash registers accurately
- Manage cash, credit, and debit transactions
- Greet and assist customers with excellent customer service
- Assist with paperwork like invoices and sales orders
- Follow refund and cash handling policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
