Agility Kids is a premier gymnastics facility located in Temecula, California, offering an expansive 33,000 square feet of dedicated training space. Established with the mission to nurture children’s growth and development through gymnastics, this facility caters to a diverse range of athletes from beginners taking their first steps in gymnastics to seasoned competitors preparing for major meets. Job Requirements
- Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable in a busy environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to train under Agility Kids’ systems, programs, and standards
- Availability for part-time shifts (16-20 hours/week), Monday-Friday evening shifts and Saturday morning shifts
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Experience in customer service or front office roles preferred
- Comfortable using scheduling and facility management software
- Ability to handle phone calls, payments, and registration systems
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet families, students, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage class check-ins, registrations, and account updates
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a friendly and timely manner
- Process payments, manage billing questions, and assist with tuition inquiries
- Maintain front desk organization, office supplies, and general cleanliness
- Support coaches and management with scheduling, communication, and event preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service while promoting our programs and policies
