Job Requirements
- Ability to work shifts during various days and hours
- knowledge of federal, state, and local sanitary, safety, and health standards
- familiarity with HACCP standards and protocols
- minimum 6 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience
- minimum 4 years supervisory experience in casual dine or production kitchen
- ability to communicate in English
- must be able to work a varied and rotating schedule
- understand and comply with adult beverage and safety policies

- ability to work varied shifts including openings and closings
Job Duties
- Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in line with company policies
- assist General Manager or F&B Multi Unit Manager in managing daily activities of associates
- interview candidates and make hiring, termination, and promotion decisions
- promote HMSHost as an employer of choice
- interpret financial and operational data to meet objectives
- manage day-to-day activities of restaurant associates
- enforce company diversity and inclusion philosophy
- resolve customer and associate issues using judgment
- ensure compliance with adult beverage policies
- assign work tasks, prepare schedules, and ensure shift coverage
- monitor associates' rest breaks and meal periods
- maintain clean, stocked, and visually appealing display areas
- ensure equipment functionality
- operate cash register and handle voids following cash handling policies
- monitor wellness and safety procedures and report concerns
- perform health and safety activities as per Manager's Guide
- order supplies, receive goods, and process invoices
- maintain current contact information for associates
