Job Requirements

  • Must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate
  • Must have at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
  • Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
  • Basic computer proficiency required
  • Experience with business aircraft preferred
  • Strong communication skills necessary

Job Qualifications

  • Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate
  • Have a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
  • Possess strong communication skills with a passion for teaching
  • Basic proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office
  • Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
  • Ability to tailor training to diverse customer needs
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills in compliance with CAE and FAA policies

Job Duties

  • Deliver flight training in simulators and ground school in line with regulatory and customer requirements
  • Act as subject matter expert to lead clients through training
  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight briefings according to CAE standards
  • Complete administrative duties including training records and remedial training recommendations
  • Assist in creating curricula and courseware as needed
  • Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and contract check airman after 1.5 years based on business needs
  • Maintain up-to-date instructional qualifications and track training activities
