Job Requirements
- Must hold an unrestricted ATP certificate
- Must have at least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
- Must participate in CAE’s DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Basic computer proficiency required
- Experience with business aircraft preferred
- Strong communication skills necessary
Job Qualifications
- Hold or meet qualifications for an unrestricted ATP certificate
- Have a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Possess strong communication skills with a passion for teaching
- Basic proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Ability to tailor training to diverse customer needs
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills in compliance with CAE and FAA policies
Job Duties
- Deliver flight training in simulators and ground school in line with regulatory and customer requirements
- Act as subject matter expert to lead clients through training
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight briefings according to CAE standards
- Complete administrative duties including training records and remedial training recommendations
- Assist in creating curricula and courseware as needed
- Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and contract check airman after 1.5 years based on business needs
- Maintain up-to-date instructional qualifications and track training activities
