Job Requirements
- Hold or meets qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Have a passion for teaching others through strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and other internet-based programs
- Must participate in CAE's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus

- Capability to tailor training sessions to diverse customer needs
- Keen eye for detail in maintaining records
Job Duties
- Provide simulator, flight, or classroom instruction on assigned aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- Conduct thorough pre and post-flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards
- Complete required administrative duties including training records management, recommending remedial training, and tracking instructional qualifications and activities
- Act as a subject matter expert in the creation of curricula and courseware when needed
- Lead clients through their training as a subject matter expert ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Qualify as Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after 1.5 plus years, per business needs
- Maintain timely and accurate records abiding by CAE policies and FAA requirements
