Job Requirements
- Hold or meet qualifications to receive an unrestricted ATP certificate and a minimum of one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
- Participate in CAE's DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Experience flying business aircraft is a plus
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
- Strong communication skills with a passion for teaching
- Ability to create a positive instructional environment

- Keen attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
Job Duties
- Provide simulator/flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types as assigned for issuing licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings in a thorough, professional manner according to CAE standards
- Complete required administrative duties such as maintenance of training records, recommending remedial training, and tracking instructional qualifications and activities
- Act as a subject matter expert in creation of curricula and courseware as required
- Lead clients through their training as a subject matter expert
- Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after 1.5 years as designated
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with CAE policy and FAA requirements
