Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Ability to participate in DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to perform physical demands such as ascending ladders and standing for prolonged periods
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Hold or have held a professional pilot's license

- Associate degree or college degree preferred
- High school diploma or state issued equivalent required
- 2-5 years of related job-relevant experience
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Proven customer service orientation
- Must be authorized to live and work in the United States
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs
- Hold or have held a professional pilot's license
- Existing instructor qualification or type rating preferred
- FAR Part 135 experience preferred
- Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time preferred
- Possess unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate with at least one unrestricted PIC type rating preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver flight training in simulators and ground school in accordance with regulatory and CAE requirements
- Act as subject matter expert and lead clients through training
- Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings professionally
- Perform administrative tasks including training records maintenance and remedial training recommendations
- Create curricula and courseware as a subject matter expert
- Qualify as Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after 1.5 years
- Provide simulator or classroom instruction for license and type rating issuance
