Job Requirements
- High school diploma or state issued equivalent
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Ability to comply with DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to sit in confined spaces for 4-6 hours with limited breaks
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours with limited breaks
- Physical dexterity for hand/eye coordination and fine motor skills
- No restrictions on pilot license
- Gulfstream operator or type rated preferred
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or college degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of related job-relevant experience
- Previous experience teaching or training others preferred
- Proven customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Authorized to live and work in the United States
- Ability to participate in DOT Anti-Drug and Alcohol testing program
- Existing instructor qualification or type rating preferred
- Hold or have held a professional pilot license
- FAR Part 135 experience preferred
- 3,000 hours total flight time preferred
- Unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot certificate and minimum one unrestricted PIC type rating preferred
Job Duties
- Provide simulator, flight or classroom instruction on one or more aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, internal training, certificates, and pilot qualifications
- Conduct pre and post flight simulator briefings in accordance with CAE standards
- Complete training records and recommend remedial training when necessary
- Track instructional qualifications and activity
- Act as subject matter expert in the creation of curricula and courseware
- Deliver high-quality customer service and tailor training sessions to diverse customer needs
- Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator and customer contract check airman after designated period
