- College degree preferred
- airline transport pilot certificate with GV1 type rating certificate
- current FAA first class medical
- 5000 hours total fixed wing
- 1500 hours multi-engine land
- 2000 hours pilot-in-command
- 1500 hours turbojet
- 1500 turbine time
- 100 hours night flying
- 75 hours actual or simulated instrument
- 5 years corporate aviation experience
- ability to work flexible schedules
- willingness to travel worldwide without restrictions
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Safely operate the aircraft, determine departure times and routes, and/or cancel flights based on weather or other conditions
- ensure flight compliance with federal, local, and company regulations and policies
- institute necessary changes based on enroute conditions under company policies
- conduct flights safely and prudently according to industry standards
- accurately complete all trip paperwork as per procedures
- ensure understanding of flight aspects with second in command
- record and report aircraft discrepancies promptly
- verify flight crew readiness and proper attire
- maintain working knowledge of all authorized aircraft systems including emergencies
- secure aircraft post-flight including hangar arrangements
- obtain current weather reports, forecasts, and NOTAMS
- file or ensure filing of flight plans with relevant authorities
- analyze area, enroute and terminal charts for landing and alternates
- perform TSA Flight Security Coordinator duties under security programs
- conduct or assign passenger safety briefings according to regulations
- train second in command for emergency or upgrade scenarios
- support open communication on safety issues and report hazards within SMS
- immediately report hazardous actions, conduct or events to Chief Pilot and safety head
- delegate duties while retaining responsibility
- perform other duties as needed
