Job Requirements
- Must hold a total flight time of 3000 hours
- Must have 1500 hours as Pilot in Command
- Must have 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land flight time
- Must have 500 hours MEL PIC time
- Must have 500 hours of Turbo Jet flight time
- Must have 250 hours of instrument flight time
- Must possess a management background with proven leadership skills
- Prefer NBAA CAM certification or equivalent leadership training
- Experience in flight operations personnel training
- Experience in budget development and management
- Must have a college degree or advanced non-flight training
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be typed on a Gulfstream G450
- Must hold a first class medical certificate
- Must be able to work on an on-call basis
- Must complete ICAO international procedures training annually
- Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KOXC airport
Job Qualifications

- Turbo Jet time of 500 hours
- Instrument time of 250 hours
- Management background with leadership experience

- Experience in training flight operations personnel
- Budget development and management skills
- College degree and/or advanced non-flight training
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Experience contributing to best practices in flight operations
- Typed on Gulfstream G450
- First class medical certificate
- Ability to work on-call
- Completion of ICAO international procedures training annually
Job Duties
- Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Solairus, FAA, and other manuals and regulations
- Monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct of personnel to maintain high standards
- Maintains current files of Solairus Aviation memorandums
- Coordinates, schedules, and reviews crew and maintenance training with contractors
- Coordinates maintenance test, training, and other non-scheduled flights
- Develops scheduling procedures with clients for reliable aircraft scheduling
- Approves and schedules personal time off (PTO) for personnel
- Updates flight coordinators on aircraft scheduling changes
- Conducts meetings to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and promote goodwill
- Approves expense accounts for personnel
- Participates in interviewing new personnel
- Solicits input and approval from Client Responsible Officer on operational matters
- Submits required written reports and revises manuals and publications
- Maintains training records and monthly flight time logs
- Ensures timely submission of training, medical, and operational documents
- Promotes customer goodwill with high-quality service and professionalism
- Actively participates in Safety Management System implementation and initiatives
