Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years restaurant supervisory experience
- Ability to adhere to Seminole Tribe and Gaming Commission policies
- Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in a noisy, fast-paced casino environment
- Completion of gaming licensure including background and drug checks prior to employment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of restaurant supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Knowledge of computer systems related to restaurant operations
- Ability to manage and train restaurant personnel effectively
- Strong understanding of food and beverage policies and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures
- Ensures that all set-up duties are completed on time
- Assists in the training and evaluating of restaurant personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures
- Ensures sanitation compliance throughout restaurant
- Promotes positive customer relations
- handles customer complaints
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations
