Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years restaurant supervisory experience
  • Ability to adhere to Seminole Tribe and Gaming Commission policies
  • Capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a noisy, fast-paced casino environment
  • Completion of gaming licensure including background and drug checks prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of restaurant supervisory experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • Knowledge of computer systems related to restaurant operations
  • Ability to manage and train restaurant personnel effectively
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage policies and sanitation standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
  • Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures
  • Ensures that all set-up duties are completed on time
  • Assists in the training and evaluating of restaurant personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures
  • Ensures sanitation compliance throughout restaurant
  • Promotes positive customer relations
  • handles customer complaints
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate managers of concerns and observations
