Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform duties including lifting and standing
- good communication skills
- commitment to maintaining Four Seasons standards and values

- previous housekeeping or guest service experience preferred
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to follow instructions and hotel procedures
Job Duties
- service guest rooms and respond to guest housekeeping requests
- ensure overall guest comfort and satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms
- report maintenance issues promptly
- replenish supplies and linens in guest rooms
- follow health and safety regulations
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience
