Job Duties
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms
- Provide turndown service for guests
- Anticipate and customize service experience to meet guest needs
- Identify opportunities to personalize guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and amenities
- Ensure all guest rooms meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
