Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One plus year experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

Job Qualifications

  • One plus year experience working in hotel housekeeping considered an asset
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Knowledge of hotel offerings and amenities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure
  • Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
  • Provide turndown service for guests
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms
  • Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly
  • Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
