Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One plus year experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Job Qualifications
- One plus year experience working in hotel housekeeping considered an asset
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- Ability to anticipate guest needs
- Knowledge of hotel offerings and amenities

Job Duties
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
- Provide turndown service for guests
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or guest requests promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure efficient room turnover
