Job Requirements
- At least 1 years of housekeeping experience
- Excellent personal presentation
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate computer equipment
- Knowledge of HotSOS is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs
- US work authorization
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills including ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job with knowledge of HotSOS preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with other departments and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs
Job Duties
- Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones from the Linen Closet
- Make bed
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom)
- Vacuum carpet and clean marble and tile areas
- Remove room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
- Replace used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the Minibar
- Remove garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom
- Submit all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and inform Housekeeping management
- Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience (e.g., microfiber cloth, book marks, cable ties)
- Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, sugar
