Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting advantageous
- ability to work efficiently and adhere to cleanliness standards
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- positive attitude and professionalism
Job Duties
- clean assigned guest rooms to exacting standards
- remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean linens
- clean, dust, and sanitize all guest room areas including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom
- make beds and vacuum carpets
- clean marble and tile areas
- remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors
- assist with Lobby Attendant and House Attendant duties when needed
