Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hospitality setting advantageous
  • ability to work efficiently and adhere to cleanliness standards
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • positive attitude and professionalism

Job Duties

  • clean assigned guest rooms to exacting standards
  • remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean linens
  • clean, dust, and sanitize all guest room areas including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom
  • make beds and vacuum carpets
  • clean marble and tile areas
  • remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
  • comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
  • work harmoniously with coworkers and supervisors
  • assist with Lobby Attendant and House Attendant duties when needed
