Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
  • ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • commitment to providing exceptional guest service
  • physical ability to perform cleaning and lifting tasks

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms to exacting standards
  • remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones
  • clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom
  • make beds
  • vacuum carpets and clean marble and tile areas
  • remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
  • restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
  • comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
  • assist with responsibilities and duties in absence or heavy volume in Lobby Attendant and House Attendant areas
