Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- basic English proficiency
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms to exacting standards
- remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones
- clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of guest rooms including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom
- make beds
- vacuum carpets and clean marble and tile areas
- remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
- comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- assist with responsibilities in absence or heavy volume of lobby attendant and house attendant duties
