Job Requirements
- Must provide proof of eligibility to be employed in the United States of America
- standing, lifting, kneeling throughout shift

- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- basic physical fitness to handle lifting and prolonged standing
- commitment to upholding company standards and guest satisfaction
- knowledge of cleaning products and procedures is an asset
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms to Four Seasons standards
- remove dirty towels and sheets and replace them with clean ones
- clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room according to procedure
- make the bed
- vacuum carpet and clean marble and tile areas
- remove room service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
- restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationary and pens
- comply with Four Seasons category one and category two work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors
- assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant
- provide proof of eligibility to be employed in the United States of America
- stand, lift, kneel throughout shift
- maintain a flexible schedule
