Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain Class D-chauffeurs license within 14 days of employment
- Safe driving record
- Ability to meet company insurance requirements
- Ability to work in outdoor environment and exposed to extreme weather conditions as well as exhaust fumes
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and varied hours
- Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs
- Ability to run at 3mph pace for an extended period of time with brief rest periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to operate a shuttle vehicle as mandated by the State of Iowa
Job Qualifications

- Ability to obtain Class D-chauffeurs license within 14 days of employment

- Experience driving both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Greeting and interacting with guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner while providing exemplary customer service
- Delivering guest vehicles to the Guest Transportation lot and returns them upon request in a prompt efficient manner
- Inspecting vehicles and marking the check off list on the back of the Guest Transportation tickets to observe and record prior damage before issuing the claim check to the guest
- Responsible for overseeing proper placement of vehicle keys, monitoring radio traffic requests, and keeping parking lot and valet section free from clutter and debris
- Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
