Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles safely
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must obtain a Class D chauffeur’s license within 14 days of employment
- Safe driving record meeting company insurance requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and be exposed to exhaust fumes
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to run at a 3 mph pace for extended periods
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capacity to operate a shuttle vehicle as per state requirements
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours

Job Duties
- Greeting and interacting with guests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner providing exemplary customer service
- Delivering guest vehicles to the Guest Transportation lot and returning them upon request efficiently
- Inspecting vehicles and recording prior damage before issuing claim checks
- Overseeing proper placement of vehicle keys, monitoring radio traffic requests, and keeping parking areas clean
- Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
