Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings and weekends as required
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
  • prior experience in customer service or theater operations preferred
  • compliance with district policies and nondiscrimination commitments

Job Duties

  • oversee all front-of-house activities including lobby, box office, concessions, restrooms, elevators, auditorium and entry/exit ways
  • assist event attendees to ensure their safety and comfort
  • support box office operations and concession sales
  • guide patrons to their seats and provide information
  • monitor audience behavior and enforce venue policies
  • maintain cleanliness and order in public areas
  • collaborate with event staff to coordinate smooth event flow
