Job Duties
- Responsible for daily operations of guest services and concessions including the desk and facilities
- supervise, orient, train, and evaluate assigned staff
- prepare and conduct in-service staff training and document ongoing training
- review and verify timecards for accuracy and corrections
- assist with supply and equipment orders and distribution
- develop and implement routines, schedules, and procedures for daily operations
- follow cash control procedures
- maintain and review records and evaluations of programs, operations, staff, and facilities
- prepare evaluations and summaries of vendors and operations with recommendations for improvement
- monitor safety procedures for supervision of participants and staff
- prepare and distribute information to participants and parents regarding activities
- maintain an organized workspace with necessary supplies and equipment
- respond to internal and external communications promptly
- assist in customer service and address customer issues, comments, complaints, and concerns
- complete necessary forms for accidents and incidents
- assist with forecasting and planning purchases of food, supplies, and equipment
- assist in menu planning and respond to customer preferences and industry trends
- ensure sanitation and safety standards in community room, concessions, locker rooms, and restrooms
- oversee and participate in food preparation and serving
- work independently
- enforce all Aquatic Center policies and code of conduct
