- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Previous experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and select holidays
- Effective oral communication and writing skills
- Ability to interact with guests and staff professionally

Job Duties
- Provide friendly and helpful direction to patrons
- Ensure that the section of responsibility is clean and that all physical equipment is in good working order
- Monitor the section closely throughout events to serve guests and respond to any trouble situation
- Check all passes, credentials, and tickets for correct location, date and time
- Maintain a safe environment for guests at all times
- Enforce all Coliseum and Event Complex policies and procedures
- Prepare for each event by acquiring all pertinent show information
