Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and select holidays
Previous experience preferred
Effective oral communication and writing skills
Ability to interact with guests and staff on a professional basis

Job Duties

Provide friendly and helpful direction to patrons
Ensure that the section of responsibility is clean and that all physical equipment is in good working order
Check all passes, credentials and tickets for the correct location, date and time
Maintain a safe environment at all times for guests
Enforce all Coliseum and Event Complex policies and procedures
Prepare for each event by acquiring all pertinent show information
Familiarity with the ticketing system and correctly operating the ticket scanners and turnstiles
