Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2+ years of guest service experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work with large crowds and children
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Availability to work long hours including frequent weekends

Job Duties
- Work collaboratively with the Front Desk Attendants to maintain the front of the house as a friendly, guest-oriented location for leisure and recreation
- Ensure that staff maintains a sanitary, organized, and presentable area
- Plan, organize, and control the operations of the amusement areas
- Assist with scheduling employees to cover the department and events
- Train and supervise the Front Desk Attendants and Porters
- Meet weekly with the General Manager
- Identify and manage staff projects
- Coordinate advertising and promotions alongside the General Manager
- Perform league preparation duties including coordinating lane assignments and monitoring practice times
- Promote knowledge of the location's features and upcoming events
- Communicate inventory and supplies shortages to the General Manager
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
- Ensure security, functionality, and proper handling of company property in the department
- Interact professionally using company service standards
- Answer guest inquiries over the phone and in person providing accurate information
- Patrol front of house to respond to guest needs and correct problems
- Operate POS system confidently making accurate transactions
- Issue, record, and redeem gift certificates and coupons
- Provide required shift paperwork with settlement
- Make announcements over the PA system regarding specials and promotions
- Communicate with pit crews, operate call buttons, relay information, log calls, and check response time
- Perform duties related to vending machines including money handling and restocking
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Enforce safety rules and report hazards
- Monitor guests for rule violations and recognize intoxication signs
- Report company violations to management
- Respond to injuries and incidents providing first aid, contacting emergency services, and completing paperwork
- Perform other assigned duties
