Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in front office or guest service roles
  • Knowledge of hotel Concierge and Bellman operations
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to train and mentor staff
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
  • Physical capability to perform lifting and standing tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of front office or guest service experience
  • Strong understanding of Concierge and Bellman procedures and service standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work cohesively with co-workers
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of Concierge, Bellman, and Loyalty teams
  • Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures
  • Serve as main liaison between guests and hotel
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Manage Concierge and Bellman shifts when needed
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and confidentiality
