Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for 6-8 hour shifts
  • Effective communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
  • Capacity to multi-task and handle pressure in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in retail and/or customer service environments preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for the duration of 6-8 hour shifts
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with guest service standards and incident reporting

Job Duties

  • Direct staff on duties and assign to appropriate work location
  • Provide assistance to any Guest Services Staff member
  • Ensure all incident reports are completed accurately and completely according to company standards
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests by remaining calm and courteous
  • Ensure Guest Services staff is given appropriate breaks in a timely manner and according to State and Federal Laws
  • Handle guest related incidents including injuries, illnesses and inappropriate behavior
  • Ensure guests are following accesso ShoWare Center standards with regards to tickets, entrance, conduct, etc.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
