Job Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years' progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field
- college courses in hotel or motel management are helpful
- computer experience required
- previous supervisory responsibility required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- ensure that associates are always attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow associates
- complete and ensure accuracy of bucket checks, room rate verification reports, housekeeping reports, and daily front office checklists
- assist AFOM and FOM in ensuring associates follow and maintain standards such as answering phones, callbacks to guests, and managing guest request logs in a timely manner
- guide, support, and inspire associates to deliver exceptional guest service
- resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- foster a welcoming and positive environment for guests and associates
