Job Requirements

  • Prior guest services experience
  • Leadership ability

  • Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with hotel software systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise guest services team members
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, sales, and lifestyle departments
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through attentive service
  • Manage daily operations of the front desk and guest services areas
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold hotel standards
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front-of-house environment
