Job Duties
- Lead and supervise guest services team members
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, sales, and lifestyle departments
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction through attentive service
- Manage daily operations of the front desk and guest services areas
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor team members to uphold hotel standards
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front-of-house environment
