Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- one year experience in hospitality or facility rental field
- at least one year as a supervisor or lead person or equivalent experience
- valid Michigan driver's license
- reliable transportation
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
- ability to traverse various terrains and outdoor conditions

- minimum one year supervisory or lead experience or equivalent

Job Duties
- Supervises, schedules, trains, and works alongside Reservation Specialists
- participates directly in coordinating facility preparation, customer communication, rental monitoring, and facility close-outs
- provides tours and answers questions for prospective and existing renters
- makes reservations, processes payments, and advises customers on facility selection and setup
- coordinates setup, inspection, monitoring, and cleanup of rental facilities
- serves as primary point of contact for approved event vendors and ensures compliance with policies
- conducts regular facility inspections and reports maintenance issues
