- previous experience in events and knowledge of the music industry preferred
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Answer guest questions, direct guests to important areas of the venue such as restrooms, ATMs, coat checks, VIP areas, and concert areas
- operate coat check rooms within established guidelines and procedures
- scan tickets for entry and administer wristbands for event access including 21+ age verification, VIP, and private event access
- greet guests and resolve complaints, escalating when necessary
- monitor guest conduct to ensure a safe environment and responsible alcohol consumption
- seat guests and assist patrons with disabilities
- enforce all venue policies and procedures and complete required training
- act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, communicating and directing guests during emergencies
- monitor guest arrival and exit to comply with fire safety regulations
- perform additional duties as assigned by management and supervisors
