Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and respond to their queries in a professional, efficient manner
- Sell merchandise to customers, demonstrate knowledge of products and industry trends
- Assist guests with ticket purchases, season pass purchases, equipment rental pickups, and snow school lesson redemptions
- Assist with event planning
- Respond to guest email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their questions are answered
- Handle lost and found items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned to their rightful owners when claimed
- Assist in managing crowd control during peak periods to ensure smooth flow and operation
- Be knowledgeable of and provide guests with detailed information about ski area services, facilities, and policies
- Be the point of contact for any guests with concerns and resolve the concerns in a timely manner
- Approach each guest with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed to the Pajarito Mountain family
- Complete opening and closing procedures for multiple areas
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience
