Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests warmly and respond to their queries in a professional, efficient manner
  • Sell merchandise to customers, demonstrate knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases, season pass purchases, equipment rental pickups, and snow school lesson redemptions
  • Assist with event planning
  • Respond to guest email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their questions are answered
  • Handle lost and found items, ensuring they are securely stored and returned to their rightful owners when claimed
  • Assist in managing crowd control during peak periods to ensure smooth flow and operation
  • Be knowledgeable of and provide guests with detailed information about ski area services, facilities, and policies
  • Be the point of contact for any guests with concerns and resolve the concerns in a timely manner
  • Approach each guest with a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed to the Pajarito Mountain family
  • Complete opening and closing procedures for multiple areas
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth, enjoyable guest experience
