Job Requirements
- AA degree preferred or 3 years customer service experience in healthcare or related service industry
- Experience must include supervision or leading the work of others
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and communication skills
- Must be able to use a computer
- Must be results oriented
- Must be able to teach and train others
- Must possess excellent problem solving skills
- Must successfully pass FBI Level 2 screening
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and staff to facilitate patient satisfaction
- Provide orientation and support to patients and families regarding hospital environment, amenities, and resources
- Assist guests with patient and UF Health information, wayfinding, transportation, and local lodging knowledge
- Manage lost and found process and provide valet vouchers
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
- Proactively facilitate communication and problem resolution between unit staff, other departments, and patients/families
- Engage in customer service recovery and proactive rounding
