Job Requirements

  • associate degree or three years customer service experience in healthcare or related industry
  • experience supervising or leading work of others
  • excellent verbal and communication skills
  • computer proficiency
  • results oriented
  • ability to teach and train others
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • must successfully pass FBI Level 2 screening for psychiatric hospital positions

Job Duties

  • engage with patients and visitors to provide assistance and information
  • orient patients and families to hospital environment and amenities
  • facilitate wayfinding and provide local transportation and lodging information
  • support lost and found process and manage valet vouchers
  • maintain a safe and clean environment
  • proactively communicate and resolve issues between staff and patients
  • conduct proactive rounding and customer service recovery
