Job Requirements
- associate degree or three years customer service experience in healthcare or related industry
- experience supervising or leading work of others
- excellent verbal and communication skills
- computer proficiency

- ability to teach and train others
- excellent problem solving skills
- must successfully pass FBI Level 2 screening for psychiatric hospital positions

Job Duties
- engage with patients and visitors to provide assistance and information
- orient patients and families to hospital environment and amenities
- facilitate wayfinding and provide local transportation and lodging information
- support lost and found process and manage valet vouchers
- maintain a safe and clean environment
- proactively communicate and resolve issues between staff and patients
- conduct proactive rounding and customer service recovery
