Job Requirements
- aa degree preferred or 3 years customer service experience in healthcare or related service industry
- experience must include supervision or leading the work of others
- excellent verbal and communication skills
- ability to use a computer
- results oriented
- able to teach and train others
- must successfully pass a fbi level 2 screening for the uf health psychiatric hospital position

Job Duties
- function as a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and staff to facilitate the highest level of patient satisfaction
- create a positive impression through high quality engagement, assistance, proactive rounding, and customer service recovery
- orient and support patients/families regarding hospital environment, amenities, and resources
- provide guests with patient and UF Health information, wayfinding, securing transportation, and knowledge of local lodging and amenities
- support the lost and found process
- provide valet vouchers
- ensure a safe and clean environment
- proactively facilitate communication and problem resolution between unit staff, other departments, and the patient/family
