- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to perform basic mathematics

Job Duties
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check-ins/check-outs
- manage room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations
- secure payment and verify/adjust billing
- activate and file room keys
- process guest requests and relay messages
- print contingency guest lists for emergencies
- explain room features and supply guests with property and local information
- follow up on outstanding requests or problems
- run and review daily reports/logs
- complete designated cashier and closing reports
- accept and record wake-up call requests
- count and secure bank at shift start and end
- process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges
- notify Loss Prevention/Security of guest theft reports
- adhere to company policies and procedures
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally
- support the team to reach common goals
- comply with quality assurance standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other duties as assigned
