Job Requirements

  • Conduct all activities in alignment with AZA standards and relevant laws and safety standards
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to use radio, telephone, and computer to communicate and follow instructions
  • Manual dexterity for keyboard use and handling tools
  • Possess cognitive, auditory and visual acuity and communication skills for essential duties
  • Willing and able to work varied and long shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Ability to staff special events and work unexpected shifts
  • Able to work in physical positions including sitting, bending, reaching, standing, walking, lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to navigate paved and uneven pathways

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with all departments
  • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Deal courteously and tactfully with others
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to follow specific instructions
  • Flexible and able to multitask
  • Data entry experience with minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist guests at the front gate
  • Sell tickets and upsell annual memberships and premium experiences
  • Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of entry areas
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and data entry
  • Perform guest screening processes at point of entry
  • Enforce policies and procedures courteously and diplomatically
