Job Requirements
- Face-to-face customer service experience required
- Hospitality or related industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to master industry systems including Yardi and Oscar
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Availability to work Thursdays and Fridays from 9:30am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility for additional shifts
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve proactively
- Willingness to learn and use industry software such as Yardi or Oscar
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Job Duties
- Set a great first impression to residents, clients, prospects, and visitors
- Anticipate and address residents' needs proactively
- Maintain all reservations with detailed notes and prepare suites prior to guest arrival
- Communicate effectively with residents via email, phone, and face-to-face
- Coordinate with management, maintenance, and housekeeping teams regarding move-ins, move-outs, and work orders
- Manage day-to-day community operations including key card creation, package logging, check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist with sales efforts by greeting prospects and serving VIP corporate clients
