Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or a similar role
  • computer literacy
  • typing speed of at least 40 words per minute

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

  • respond to telephone and in-person guest concerns

  • process guest check-outs
