Job Requirements
- high school degree or equivalent
- 0-6 months work experience
- ability to stand, walk and sit continuously
- able to climb stairs infrequently
- capable of working indoors continuously and outdoors infrequently
- able to work from elevated and confined spaces frequently
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, squatting, pinching and grasping frequently or continuously
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted infrequently
- ability to perform fine and gross motor functions
- ability to maintain vision and hearing acuity with or without correction
- ability to work rotating shifts and overtime
- ability to work in a latex safe environment
- ability to maintain tactile sensory functions
- ability to deal effectively with stressful situations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- welcome and assist patients, family members, visitors and guests
- provide information and assist with wayfinding within the hospital
- facilitate hotel accommodations for patients and their families
- provide access to chaplain and community social services
- serve as liaison between patients, family members, visitors and clinical team members
- ensure patient comfort and satisfaction
- cover inpatient and outpatient House Concierge units and information services areas
