Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, family members, visitors, and guests with a welcoming and helpful attitude
- Facilitate hotel accommodations and provide information on Chaplain and community social services
- Offer wayfinding assistance within inpatient and outpatient House Concierge units and information services areas
- Act as a liaison between patients, visitors, and clinical team members to ensure clear communication
- Provide high-quality customer service to enhance patient and visitor satisfaction
- Support nursing and clinical team members by addressing guest needs promptly
- Handle various physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required for job performance
