Job Requirements

High school degree or equivalent

Job Duties

Greet and assist patients, family members, visitors, and guests with a welcoming and helpful attitude
Facilitate hotel accommodations and provide information on Chaplain and community social services
Offer wayfinding assistance within inpatient and outpatient House Concierge units and information services areas
Act as a liaison between patients, visitors, and clinical team members to ensure clear communication
Provide high-quality customer service to enhance patient and visitor satisfaction
Support nursing and clinical team members by addressing guest needs promptly
Handle various physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting as required for job performance
