Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- 0-6 months work experience
- Ability to perform physical job functions including standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting 15 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and from elevated areas
- Ability to maintain good vision and hearing, with or without correction
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders
- Ability to work in a latex-safe environment
- Commitment to problem resolution
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-6 months of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Customer service oriented
- Basic knowledge of hospital or clinical environment preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Provide high-level customer service to patients, families, visitors and clinical staff
- Cover inpatient and outpatient House Concierge units and information services
- Facilitate access to hotel accommodations, Chaplain and community social services
- Act as liaison between patients, visitors, guests and clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Meet key performance metrics for guest services area
- Resolve problems creatively to promote effective solutions
