Job Requirements
- After orientation at Cooley LLP, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other firm applications
- Available to work overtime as required
- Familiarity with making international and long-distance calls
- Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with clients and colleagues

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience
- Previous law firm experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, iManage, and firm applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties
- Answer telephones clearly and concisely using a friendly and professional tone
- Check general voice mailbox daily and forward messages appropriately
- Greet visitors enthusiastically and log visiting personnel
- Escort guests to conference rooms as needed
- Schedule visiting offices and coordinate administrative support
- Maintain and update reservation details for conference rooms and manage meeting logistics
- Collect information and register visitors for building access
- Coordinate logistical requirements for in-house functions including meal and beverage setups
- Assist clients and attorneys with restaurant reservations and local transportation
- Maintain and update office floorplan assignments
- Collaborate with administration and operations to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain knowledge of office personnel, departments, and amenities
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area and ensure security
- Maintain security badge log
- Coordinate with property manager for facility maintenance
- Perform other assigned duties
